Which Pre Workout Supplement Is Best For Building Muscle?

People ask me all the time do I believe the claims the supplement companies make about their products. My answer is NO! But if you ask me do supplements work, my answer is YES!

Here's the thing, proper nutrition can give you what you need for muscle building fuel. By proper nutrition I mean a lot of good protein. That source of protein isn't important. Meaning if it comes from tuna fish or Cytosport Muscle Milk is your choice. Both work.

Sometimes I go for the chicken breast I make at home that has been bought at my local deli. Other times I chose products bought from the name brand supplement makers. Six of one, a half dozen of the other. It's the what (protein and creatine), when (all day) and how much (a lot) that matter. Not the who (deli or BSN).
