Muscle MilkMuscle Milk is the latest advancement in Protein Supplementation. It falls under the category of a "blend", meaning it's acceptable for use anytime of the day. My recommendation is for it to NOT be a post workout drink because of the casein, with is a slow release protein. It's better suited for during the day or bedtime consumption. Also it is higher in fat than whey. But this provides the biggest advantage, TASTE. Vastly improved! More flavors available as well. Muscle milk is usually 10-20% more expensive but for some the improved drinkability is worth the extra cost. |
