Ralph, It would be my pleasure to assist with answers to any questions you may have. To get quicker responses it might be easier for you to log in to the forum and start a new thread. If you read the "About Me" page you will find that I am very close friends to a VERY GOOD Physical therapist, who can help, through the forum, in answering some of your questions as well.

I'm interested in short term (couple months) question answering help in establishing a weight training program for myself. I've been working on one with my trainer at a local fitness center but unique questions have arisen due to my severely weak left ankle. (Broken in 1989 and rebuild of ligament in 2006). I really need some questions answered to totally maximize my efforts.
