Thanks for website, I learned a lot today
I am 54 years old and tried for years to build muscle with no sucess
I will start now with your program
a) seated row(5 set with8reps
b) Let pull down (5 set with8reps)
c) Bench press(5 set with8reps
d) Military press(5 set with8reps
Is that the whole program?

I am have just begun your phase 1. I am 180lbs and 5' 9" tall. I have ordered some optimum whey protein and am wondering when and how much protein I should be intaking. I work out every other day and take weekends off. Should I be only using the supplement on days I lift and is more import to take whey, pre or post workout? I would appreciate any help you can give me.

I am 24 years old, 6 feet and 190 pounds with an average sized body type. Had surgery on my arm a year ago and put on about 10 pounds while losing most of my upper-body muscle. Want to get rid of a gut and put my muscle back on. Should I be lifting and running now or what should be my plan?
