Thanks for clearing that up. After monday's routine, I was really dreading today because I'm super sore. Now I only have to go to the gym 1 time and do 1 routine. I am really jazzed with your site and really anxious to see what sort of results I will have after 30 days. Thank you very much for this wonderful resource. P.S. I have a pretty large gut. I have eliminated sodas from my diet and am paying close attention to what I eat. I know that you say absolutely NO CARDIO! Do you think with the proper high protein diet and your weight lfting program the spare tire in front of me will dissipate or will I have to switch to a cardio routine when I have reached my desired muscle size? Thanks again.

Have a question. During Phase 1 it states that one that is under 40 should lift every other day for three work-outs and hen rest two days. Does this mean 3 work-outs every other day and then rest for two days? Js a little unclear to me. Thank You.

hey, i have a pretty simple question. since i dont have much time for phase 3 but want to use it do you think i could combine Lift 1 with Lift 2? since one works more of the peck area and the other works legs.
