Love the info, but am wondering if you have a plan for working out at home? Thanks

Your website is inspiring. I just turned 50 a few months ago. I used to lift as a young man and was very into weightlifting for over 10 years. Gradually as I got older, I transitioned to rock climbing, although I always did a "little" weight training albeit sporadically. Then I dropped off for several years in my mid 40's, and man did my body atrophy fast! I watched my arms turn into pencils, like old lady arms. I watched my waist grow and my chest shrink. Soon my waist size was bigger than my chest, and I knew I needed to do something. So I started hiking to build up my heart, and lifting again. At first only once a week or so, (at 47) then gradually building up to 3 times a week. Now at 50, I am stronger and healthier than I've been in over 10 years. My arms are back, my shoulders large, I'm still a little heavy for my frame but that's changing gradually. I now have my own special workout routine that I do in the mornings. I train ONE body part, each morning with one or two days rest per week. I hit that body part hard, but do just enough to pump the muscle and push it to grow. And its great. I didn't know what to expect at 50, and wasn't sure how much muscle I was going to put back on and such but I'm starting to feel like the sky's the limit, and after reading about how at 52 you're pushing 19 inch arms and running marathons, I'm certain that the sky is the limit. Anyway cool website. I'll check out your products and thanks for putting it out there. Me thinks there is life after 50.

I'm 20 years old 5'5" (115 lb). I was just wondering if you could throw in a helping hand. I'm planning on starting to work out, but honestly don't know where to begin aside from that phase 1 workout i saw on the site. I'm also not sure how much protein to intake on a daily basis or fat etc.
